Looking forward to great classes this term
We had a lovely visit from Seebreeze Quilters Guild on Saturday 21 July. The ladies made the trip from Altona as part of their shop-hop. They brought cupcakes for morning tea to celebrate a birthday, and were lovely company as they explored the shop. We look forward to their next visit.
Classes to begin shortly
Classes are about to start. They begin in the first week of August, and there are still a few places available. Please check out the class list http://thequilterspatch.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/QP-2012-Term-03-Class-List-Final1.pdf and phone the shop for availability.
Block of the month
The latest block of the month is ‘Welcome to my Garden by Zoe Clifton.’ This project features a stitchery, is machine-pieced and would be suitable for beginners as well as the more advanced quilter. Phone the shop for more details. This would make a lovely throw for the couch. Here are some photos of the stitcheries.
New product
We have been busy with the die cutter, making letters of the alphabet for applique. We have a huge range of fabric letters that are ready to be ironed onto your project. All the hard work has been done. These are available for $1.50 per letter.
