We have been very busy creating quilts for the new window. The theme this time is panels and what you can create with them. In these panels we have used many techniques inspired by the panels. For example, with the Mother Goose Panel I have added flying geese to the sides before the borders. We have made a lovely matching pillowcase and bedrunner out of a fairy panel, and a glow in the dark solar panel to which we have addeda borders. Come have a look!
Veronica came into the shop this week with a bag she has made. The handles were very difficult because she had to sew them on by hand, but I think the bag looks very pretty. Well done Veronica.
If you have any projects you would like to show and tell via the blog, let me know.
One of my latest projects is this quilt pictured below, made using one jelly roll.
And here are some more Christmas fabrics from Stof of Denmark
Hope to see you soon. In the meantime, happy quilting!
